Amanda is the Director for Government & Stakeholder Engagement at the Mark Moran Group and has extensive experience in government relations and advocacy, financial analyses, and business strategy and transformation across a broad range of sectors and portfolio areas. Amanda began her career in asset management as an accountant working her way up to the position of financial controller where she led business restructure, organisational change and innovation.
She is highly regarded for engaging governments, clients and stakeholders to achieve better planning, operational and strategic outcomes. Coupled with her background in business, including as a change agent, Amanda provides additional value to clients through helping them develop meaningful relationships with public sector stakeholders in order to achieve optimal outcomes for their employees, members, shareholders and the broader community.
Amanda’s specialisations include strategic advice to enhance business improvement and opportunities to better navigate regulated environments. She has worked with clients in the private sector, not for profit and industry groups as a principal strategist to associations, boards, CEOs, and senior executives in their engagement with government and external stakeholders, especially in the health and technology sectors.
