As we say farewell to one of our most challenging years on record globally, we look to the promise of a new year with the hope that we approach the Covid-19 pandemic stronger, more knowledgeable, and as united with each other as ever before.
Late in 2020, the World Health Organization (WHO) unanimously deemed 2021 the International Year of Health and Care Workers as recognition of the dedication and sacrifice of millions of health and care workers at the front of the COVID19 pandemic.
We couldn’t think of an honour more fitting, or people more deserving, than our Healthcare workers globally! We wish all of our Hospital staff, patients and surrounding community the very best for the new year. Here is to a happy and healthier 2021 for all!
