Not even wet weather could dampen the spirit of the Heartbreakers team, who turned out in force for this year’s City2Surf, showcasing resilience, energy and community pride.
Braving rain and slick streets, the Heartbreakers crossed the finish line with determination and heart. Whether achieving personal bests, completing their first City2Surf, or simply showing up to support the Prince of Wales Hospital Emergency Department, every participant played a vital role in making the day a success.
Funds raised by the team will directly support the delivery of world-class emergency care at Prince of Wales Hospital, reinforcing the impact of community-driven initiatives.
The day was marked by memorable moments—from the pre-race meet-up at Hyde Park to the post-race celebrations at Bondi Diggers. Smiling race photos and shared stories captured the spirit of the event, making it one to remember.
