This September, 13 teams joined us in our first ever POWer Up! Challenge for our Prince of Wales Hospital healthcare super heroes. From 14-20 September these people committed to completing 30km ‘their way’ while raising funds for virtual healthcare services at our Hospital.

From running, to cycling, roller skating to walking, 30km was ticked off in many different ways all around Sydney. Our Foundation, and most importantly, the healthcare super heroes at our Hospital couldn’t be more grateful.

Former NRL legend Braith Anasta and his family joined us in POWering Up by walking from Coogee to the North Shore. Braith, his wife Rachael and their family chose to support the Hospital which has cared for many of their loved ones, so that others can receive quality care when they need it.

Donations are currently still rolling in and it is not too late to support  the development of virtual care services at the Prince of Wales Hospital. Stay tuned for our next instalment of POWer Up!…
