I am writing to urge members of our Community to support the Prince of Wales Hospital Foundation (POWHF), who give grants in support of much needed equipment and services at the Prince of Wales Hospital, Randwick.

My affair with the Prince of Wales started 60 years ago when I was 19 years old. I was first admitted to the Prince Henry hospital and from there to the Prince of Wales kidney ward with severe blood pleasure, I remember vividly how well I was looked after by the nursing staff and the doctors.

I have been pleased to be able to offer support to the foundation through regular donations over the past few years, seen the benefits of my donations, and look forward to continuing this in the hope that the foundation will be better placed to provide funding into the future particularly in the field of research especially in the oncology field.
